Crystal Springs School

Crystal Springs School is now officially open, marking an incredibly exciting milestone for the community and everyone involved with Open Road Prophets. 

After years of vision and hard work by the leaders and teaching staff, we were thrilled to see the infant school building completed in time for the January start of term. 

The completion of this building represents not only a safe and functional space for learning but also a tangible step toward fulfilling the long-held dream of a purpose-built school. In addition to the new infant building, the old school structure was carefully torn down and removed, making way for a solid temporary junior school building that is now fully in use. 

Helping those in need

The addition of a playground has also had a significant impact, not only for the students but for the wider community, who are able to use the space during non-school hours. 

It has quickly become a hub for recreation, connection, and shared enjoyment, reinforcing the school's role as a centre of community life. Currently, over 180 children are attending Crystal Springs, benefiting from a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. 

"It is wonderful to see the joy in every classroom as the children take their lessons and the noise and fun as they have their time in the playground."

The school's launch has also coincided with the initiation of a fundraising campaign for the next stage of development, which aims to expand capacity to over 300 children. 

This will allow even more children from the local area to access quality education and opportunities for a brighter future. The dream of a purpose-built, fully functional school has been over six years in the making, and to see it now standing and serving the community is incredibly rewarding. 

Every classroom, every child's smile, and every moment of learning represents the culmination of dedication, collaboration, and faith in the transformative power of education. Crystal Springs School is now a place of hope, growth, and opportunity for generations to come.
